AS OF 07-16-2010 MY HUSBANDS TRUCK WAS REPOSSED AT OUR HOME.
IN MARCH 2010 WE SET UP E-PAY,TO OUR KNOWLEDGE THE TRUCK PAYMENTS WERE BEING MADE.WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CONTACT US BY MAIL? I DID RECEIVE SOME CALLS BUT WHEN I ANSWERED THE PHONE THEY WOULD ABORT THE CALL IF I MISSED THE CALL I WOULD RECEIVE A MESSAGE TELLING ME TO. CALL A 1800# I DID CALL BUT I WAS NOT ENTERING MY SS.# AND HAD NO CLUE TO WHAT MEMBERSHIP # SHE WAS REF TO. I WAS SREAKING OR LISTENING TO YOUR AUTOMATIVE SERVICE. I JUST WISH YOU HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING AND HAD A HUMAN CONTACT US. AND BY THE WAY SINCE YOUR PEOPLE WANTS TO DENY EVERY HAVING THE AUTHORITY TO DEBIT OUR BANK ACCT FOR PAYMENT THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME MATTERS THAT NEEDS INVESTIGATING ON OUR END. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM OUR ATTORNEY SOON. HAVE A NICE DAY!
